I do wonder if by the time of Kublai Khan they were incorporating conquered people into their armies. I do know they used specialist engineers and Kharash in sieges, but that's not quite the same. Also, their tactic playbook seems like it has no place for infantry though. Maybe this should be it's own question. | |
